Didn't want a fancy sit down dinner so a sandwich sounded perfect. Ordered the turkey on flatbread and it was perfect. They weren't cheap on the turkey so every bite was great. Will definitely go again
A solid lunch spot, perfect for a quick lunch break. The sandwiches here are big and filling, without breaking the bank. I love ordering on the app and picking up in store, and have had zero problems with the service there. Would recommend getting the flat bread if you like thinner, crisper toast. The brownie chocolate cookie is also delicious. A great spot for lunch!
Potbelly is one of my favorite places to get lunch in the area! It can get pretty busy on weekdays since it's in the heart of a lot of business buildings, but the wait isn't that bad and you can also order ahead online. My favorite is the turkey avocado sandwich and I love how you can customize it and add different toppings/spreads!
The sandwiches are out standing! I ordered the Mama Meatball "Big" and it was served hot and cheesy the meatballs were so juicy and their bread is amazing! Friend ordered the steak sandwich and that was great! Meat was juicy and tender. The staff could can work on their customer service as the sandwich lady who took our order was rude and rolls her eyes as you tell her what sandwich you would like and the bread. I wish they would have told me about the combo. It was to late after I sat down. I also felt so bad for a man who took his sandwich out of the bag and because of the way it was wrapped fell out and on to the floor. They did not even offer to make him a new one. If the sandwich wasn't so good, I would have given them a lower score, due to the bad customer service!

But when a recent work trip brought me to Seattle and the glow of this sandwich shop enticed me in about one hour before closing.... I got a Mediterranean with almost all the free toppings. I love sandwiches, and everything in this one was perfect. The hummus. The peppers. The finely chopped veggies. The juicy chicken. Sheeeeesh. Maybe Seattle is a hidden food capital of the U.S.
